Mindset

Greetings!


I have been sharing some great reminders with you on how to optimize your health. I felt it paramount, this week, to share with you the true key to being healthy. Mindset.

We all say how hard it is to eat healthy, rest, and excercise. The reality is, it isn't that hard at all. Not when you truly have decided that you are going to do it. When we absolutely know we HAVE to accomplish something, we do WHATEVER is necessary to get it done.

If your boss at work said to you, "Get these tasks accomplished by 5pm or you are FIRED!", what would you do? If you care about the job you have, and it is very important for you to keep it, I'm SURE you would get those taks done...whatever it takes.

The key reminder for all of us is that we have to focus our energy on our Mindset. Each of us has to find what is going to be the driving force to get truly committed to our goal. To eat healthy and live healthy, we HAVE to find a way to create the Mindset that it is a MUST to be done.

Unfortunately for most of us, it takes a strong kick in the gut to get us moving. If we see our heatlth in jeopardy, that is a powerful motivator. When we see our lives at risk, a powerful mindset of self preservation now comes to the forefront.

My encouragement for you this week is to not wait for the kick in the gut. Decide RIGHT NOW that you are going to work at SHIFTING your Mindset. You are going to DECIDE to LIVE HEALTHY, EAT HEALTHY, AND BE HEALTHY! You can do it! Just put your Mind to it!!!
