Siesta Time!

Greeetings,

I have an assignment for you this week. I want you to try your best to find a way to fit in a 10-20 minute nap tomorrow. Sometime during the afternoon between 1-3. Assuming of course you do not work midnight
turn. :)

During my personal development studies recently, I came across this idea. It wasn't a mere suggestion. It was backed by good scientific evidence. The nuts and bolts would simply be that our bodies are "designed" to take a rest period during the hours we are awake. Think about children. They always have to take their nap. Their bodies need to lie down to re-energize. Are we no different?

The key here is, we can work long periods with low productivity...or we can work short periods with high productivity. If we take a short rest to re-charge, we can have a sustained energy level THROUGHOUT the day.

Don't look at resting as being lazy. That would be like telling an athlete not to rest his muscles after a strenous workout. We need to take the time to recoup our energy levels to get the most out of our day!

Starting tomorrow, see if you can fit in a quick nap. I can tell you, since adding this into my daily routine, I have seen tremendous results! I truly feel you will have the same outcome!

Let's all MAXIMIZE our PERFORMACE!

All the Best!
COACH
