Personal Development Series-} Success Stragies #1

Greetings!


I wanted to continue this week with some tips and ideas on how to stay motivated, energized, and goal oriented. If there is one idea that I would put at the top of my list, it would be identifying and managing your strategies for success.

What do I mean by strategies? We all have a "recipe" we follow when we are productive. We do certain things in a certain way that make us feel energized and inspired to take action. The key is to try to identify "patterns" within our daily lives that produce good results.

Any good business looks for "trends" in their industry. It allows them to focus directly on them and to maximize their ability to make profits. If you take that same level of scrutiny to your daily actions, I'm sure you will find "trends" that you follow when you gave good days. I'm sure you will also find trends that lead to bad days. But, for now, let's focus on strategies that lead to your SUCCESS.

Take a look at a day you've had in recent history that you would consider a "good day". What was your morning like? What did you do the night before? Did you get enough rest? Did you listen to something energetic or inspiring in the morning? Did you have a conversation with someone that excited you? What did you eat? Was it something healthy that added to your energy level? Did you excercise and get your endorphins pumping? ...Once you get a very clear picture of YOUR strategies for success, you can work hard to try to REPEAT THEM!

What are two extremely difficult times for people to be MOTIVATED?....You guessed it, MONDAYS & MORNINGS! If you can find SUCCESS STRATEGIES for these two crucial times in your week, you can have MOMENTUM that can lead to great RESULTS!

My encouragement for you this week is to really take a look at how to GET THE MOST out of yourself. That's starts with finding YOUR strategy for SUCCESS!
